to the Claridge Website. Since 1988 we have been heavily involved in the Conformation Show Ring and the Rescue efforts
of Golden Retrievers. We have also engaged in limited breeding for the sole purpose of advancing the breed to the AKC Standard. We breed for great temperament, nice bone and beautiful
typey heads. The full complement of clearances is maintained on all of our Goldens. All litters are whelped and weaned inside our home. We do sell puppies from time to time. They are of the highest quality, and are backed by the
most comprehensive health guarantee available from any breeder. We do not operate a kennel and we do not board. All of
our dogs live inside with us. The nominal
revenue that we realize from the sale of puppies does not fully offset the cost of caring for our dogs and showing the finest
of the offspring. Therefore, when you purchase a puppy from Claridge you can rest assured you are purely supporting the advancement
of the breed, not someone’s lifestyle. The Claridge program continues to operate under the watchful eye of Dr. Jack Miller, of Miller Animal Hospital
in Matthews, NC. Our thanks go out to Dr. Miller who personally performs all x-rays for OFA and Penn-Hip Certifications and the
Vet Checks on all litters. Our limited
